Macroscopic

• Orientate yourself with regard to the three layers of the skin. Look for Meissner's corpuscles in the papillary layer of the dermis. See slide 93 on page 1 and 1 for orientation of the layers.

Microscopic

• Stratified squamous keratinising epithelium

• Meissner's corpuscles
