Clinical case: Kidney 1 |

A 49-year old man is taken up in the intensive care unit with a diagnosis of myocardial infarction. After 4 hours the cardial output of the patient decreases and he goes into cardiac arrest and expires. During postmortem a large infarct is found in his right kidney.
